Site Constraints, Hardware and Maintenance Considerations
Common items we check before fabrication:
- Floor-track flatness for sliding doors (rolling weight x track tolerance).
- Hinge load and door weight — heavier glass and SS doors need 3 or 4 hinges with adjustable brackets.
- Door closer rating, especially on entrance doors with wind exposure.
- Lock interface — Yale, Mul-T-Lock, smart locks — and door thickness compatibility.
- Drainage at threshold, especially balcony and yard doors.
