Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium Fabrication
Three structural metal families cover almost every Singapore fabrication scope:
- Mild steel (typically EN 10025 grades S235JR / S275JR / S355JR, hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 where outdoor) — cost-led structural fabrication, brackets, frames and gates.
- Stainless steel (SS304 / 1.4301 for indoor and most outdoor; SS316 / 1.4404 for coastal, marine and chemical exposures) — handrails, kitchen-grade fabrications, food and pharma trim, architectural trim.
- Aluminium (typically 6061-T6 or 6063-T6 extrusions, marine 5083 plate where applicable) — light frames, walkway components and architectural sections.

Selection should be checked against project requirements, structural loads, fire and corrosion exposure by the relevant QP, PE, consultant or supplier where required.
Site Measurement, Shop Drawings and Fabrication Planning
Our standard delivery for medium and large fabrication scopes:
- Site visit — measure openings, mark fixings, photograph constraints (services, ducts, finishes).
- Shop drawings — sectional drawings showing material, finish, weld notes and fixings; submitted for client/QP review.
- Material order — sections sourced from stockists with mill certificates where applicable (TSA for stainless, JYF or equivalent for mild steel).
- Fabrication & finish — workshop fabrication, weld touch-ups, hot-dip galvanising or powder coat, passivation for stainless.
- Site install — staged delivery, drilling and fixing, snagging walk.
